    • We have successfully developed, built, and tested our initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which validates our concept that children engage and enjoy dynamic and interactive learning experiences.
       
  • FUNDING AND CORPORATE STRUTURE:
    • We secured $16,300 through a post-money SAFE agreement with a personal friend, establishing a solid foundation for initial funding. Cuby Learning LLC has been established in New Jersey to manage all intellectual property related to Quby.

    • We have filed for trademarks for "Quby" across multiple relevant classes: Class 009 (electronic devices), Class 28 (toys), and Class 41 (educational services).
